What we paint outside
Exterior painting covers more than the main walls.

Villa walls
Main walls, parapets and feature walls, cleaned, repaired, primed and painted.
Boundary walls
Compound and garden walls, which take the most sun and the most dust.
Trim and moldings
Window surrounds, bands, cornices and decorative moldings, painted with a crisp edge.
Doors, ceilings and covered areas
Exterior doors, and the ceilings of porches and covered terraces.
Gates, railings and outdoor woodwork
Metal and wood need different primers, so each is prepared for what it is.
Wall preparation and repair
Crack filling, patching and plaster repair before any paint goes on.
Color consultation

Signs it is time to repaint
Check the walls that face the afternoon sun first. They fade and fail earliest.
- Faded color, especially on sun-facing walls
- A chalky surface that leaves powder on your hand
- Flaking or peeling paint at ledges, corners and wall bases
- Hairline cracks in the render or at joints
- Dark streaks, algae or mildew on shaded walls
- Bubbles or blisters in the paint
- Rust stains running from railings, gates or fixings

The sun does most of the damage
Exterior paint in Dubai faces long hours of direct sun, high heat, dust and humidity, with salt air near the coast. Sunlight breaks down the pigment and the binder that holds it, which is why color fades and the surface turns chalky.
Heat makes walls expand by day and shrink at night, so hairline cracks open and let moisture in. Paint put over dust, loose render or damp does not stay put, however good the paint is.
That is why most of the work happens before the first coat: cleaning, repairing and priming. Careful preparation and a finish chosen for strong sun are what keep a wall looking good for longer.
What to decide before we paint
Color consultation is part of the service. We go through these choices with you at the first inspection.

- How much preparation does the wall need?
- Cleaning, crack repair, patching and priming come first. Loose or flaking paint comes off, and damp is traced before any new coat. Skipping preparation is the usual reason paint fails early.
- Which color suits the house?
- Light colors reflect heat and hide dust but show stains. Deep colors look rich but can fade faster in strong sun. Try a patch on the wall and look at it in the morning and the afternoon. Your community may set the palette.
- What finish suits each surface?
- Matte hides small flaws on older walls. Satin and semi-gloss shed dust and wipe cleaner, so they suit trims, doors and railings.
- Which type of paint fits?
- Exterior paints differ: some bridge hairline cracks, some resist algae, some reflect more heat. We explain the options, and what each adds to the price, before you decide.
- When and how should the work run?
- Paint goes on well outside the hottest hours of the day. Work can run in stages, one side of the house at a time, or at off-hours.
How an exterior paint job runs
Every job follows our service process, from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
- 01
Initial inspection
We walk around the house and check every wall, boundary wall and trim for cracks, damp, flaking and old paint that has stopped holding.
- 02
Assessment and diagnosis
We decide what each surface needs: washing, repair, patching, sealing, primer, or all of them. We agree color and finish with you.
- 03
Service execution
Wall preparation and repair first, then surface priming and painting, then trims, moldings and doors. Each coat is left to dry as the paint maker directs.
- 04
Quality check
We look along each wall in daylight for patchy coverage, drips, missed corners and untidy edges at windows and trims.
- 05
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished job with you and note anything to touch up. Customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Exterior painting questions, answered
How long will exterior paint last?
We do not quote a number of years, because it depends on preparation, the paint and how much sun the wall gets. Walls facing the afternoon sun fade first. We explain what each option can reasonably be expected to do.
Can you paint while we live in the house?
Yes. Exterior work happens outside, and we can schedule it in stages or at off-hours so your routine is disturbed as little as possible.
Do you paint boundary walls and gates?
Yes. Villa walls, boundary walls, trims, doors and other exterior surfaces are all covered, so the whole property can be planned together.
Do I need approval to change my villa's color?
Many communities set color palettes for exteriors. Check yours before choosing, and share the rules with us so the color consultation starts there.
Do I get a price before work starts?
Yes. The estimate is free, with no obligation or upfront payment required. Before work begins we detail every step of the breakdown, so there are no hidden charges.
