Swimming pool build, renovation and care in Dubai
Build a new pool, renovate or retile an old one, upgrade equipment, and keep the water clear with regular cleaning and care.
Free estimates. No obligation or upfront payment required.

A pool works hard in Dubai
Strong sun heats the water, speeds up evaporation and uses up chlorine, so the chemistry of a pool here shifts quickly. Dust, sand and leaves blow in all year, and pool equipment runs for long hours in the heat.
That is why a pool is not a one-off build. The shell, tiles, coping and equipment need to suit the climate, and the water needs regular care to stay clear.
We can take a pool from the first plan to regular cleaning visits, with tiling, plumbing and electrics handled by the same team.
Pool work we handle
Take one job or combine several.

New pool build
Layout, excavation, shell, waterproofing, tiling, plumbing, electrics and equipment, planned together.
Pool renovation
Worn surfaces, coping and edges replaced, and an older pool brought up to date.
Retiling
Failed tiles removed and new ones set with proper adhesive and grout, including steps and the waterline.
Equipment
Pumps, filters, lights and pipework replaced or upgraded when they are worn, noisy or undersized.
Leak finding and repair
Water loss traced to the shell, pipework or fittings, then repaired.
Decks and surrounds
Decking, paving, shade and fencing around the pool, built to match.
Signs your pool needs more than cleaning
These point to a problem with the pool itself, not just the water.
- Cloudy or green water that keeps coming back after treatment
- Loose, cracked or stained tiles, or crumbling grout
- A rough, stained or flaking surface on the shell
- Water level dropping faster than evaporation explains
- A pump that is loud, hot or leaking, or a filter that clogs quickly
- Steps, coping or edges that are loose, chipped or slippery
- Lights that flicker, trip the breaker or no longer work

How a pool project runs
Pool work follows our renovation process, from the first visit to handover.
- 01
Initial consultation and assessment
We look at the pool, the equipment area, the surround and the pipework. For a new pool we look at space, access and sun.
- 02
Designing and planning
Shape, depth, tile, coping, equipment and lighting are agreed with you, along with the price breakdown and which approvals apply.
- 03
Full renovation with expert contractors
Structure and waterproofing first, then plumbing and electrics, then tile and coping, then the equipment is connected and tested.
- 04
Finishing touches and final inspections
Tiles, grout lines, coping, steps and lights are checked, and the water circuit is tested.
- 05
Post-renovation cleaning and handover
The site is cleared, the water is balanced and you are shown how to run the equipment. Customer satisfaction guaranteed.
Regular pool care
For pools that already exist, regular visits keep the water clear and the equipment healthy.

Regular cleaning and vacuuming
Floor, steps and walls cleaned and vacuumed to lift dust, sand and algae.
Water balance and chemical treatment
Water tested and balanced, with chemicals added as needed so it stays clear and comfortable.
Equipment inspection and maintenance
Pump, filter, pipework and lights checked for wear, noise and leaks.
Skimming and debris removal
Leaves, insects and debris taken off the surface and out of the baskets.
Tile and grout cleaning
Scale and grime scrubbed off the waterline tiles and grout.
Filter cleaning and replacement
Filters cleaned on schedule and replaced when they stop doing the job.
Pools, permits and safety rules
A new pool, or a major change to an existing one, often needs approval from your developer or community, and a permit from the relevant authority. Pool barriers, drainage, equipment areas and electrics are all subject to rules, and those rules differ by community. Ask for yours first. Permits and approvals are part of our support services, so we can take the paperwork on with you.
Permits and approvals in DubaiOften planned with a pool
A pool touches tile, plumbing, power, decking and the garden, so these services often run alongside.

Landscaping and hardscapingPlanting, paving, paths, walls and outdoor lighting.

Swimming pool questions, answered
Do you build new pools?
Pool building is part of our exterior work, alongside renovation, retiling and equipment. We start with an assessment of your space, then agree the plan and a price breakdown before work starts.
Can an old pool be renovated instead of rebuilt?
Often, yes. If the shell is sound, retiling, new coping and new equipment can bring an old pool back. We check the shell and look for leaks first.
What does regular pool care include?
Regular cleaning and vacuuming, water balance and chemical treatment, equipment inspection and maintenance, skimming and debris removal, tile and grout cleaning, and filter cleaning and replacement.
Why does my pool turn green so quickly?
Heat and sun use up chlorine and feed algae, and dust and leaves add to the load. Water balance, filtration and regular cleaning keep it in check. If it keeps coming back, the equipment or circulation may be at fault.
Do I get a price before work starts?
Yes. The estimate is free, with no obligation or upfront payment required. Before work begins we detail every step of the breakdown, so you know exactly what you are paying for and there are no hidden charges.
