Whole-home renovation in Dubai, run as one project
Every room and system of your villa or apartment, from demolition and plumbing to electrical, tiling and paint, with one contractor and one itemized estimate.
Free estimates. No obligation or upfront payment required.

One project instead of many trades
Renovating a whole home means every trade touches every other. Plumbing opens the walls the electrician needs, the plasterer closes them, the tiler needs flat floors and the painter comes last. Run by separate contractors, each one waits on the one before, and the schedule becomes yours to manage.
With one contractor, the order is planned once. We can handle everything from demolition and plumbing to electrical work and tiling, and each trade hands the next a ready surface. You deal with one team, one itemized estimate and one handover.

From first visit to handover
These are the five stages we use on a renovation of any size.
- 01
Initial consultation and assessment
We walk the home with you, note what you want to change and check structure, services and finishes room by room.
- 02
Designing and planning
Layouts, materials, finishes and the order of trades are agreed. The itemized estimate sets out every step before work begins, so you know exactly what you are paying for.
- 03
Full renovation
Demolition and strip-out first, then new plumbing and electrical runs, plaster and ceilings, tiling and floors, joinery, and paint last. All trades follow one schedule.
- 04
Finishing touches and final inspections
Fittings, touch-ups and fixes, then an inspection of each room against the plan.
- 05
Post-renovation cleaning and handover
The site is cleaned and the home handed over room by room. Our support continues after the job, so call if you need anything.
All at once or in phases?
There is no single right answer. It depends on how you live and how the budget is spread.
All at once
- Suits
- An empty home, a planned move-out or a major layout change.
- Trade-off
- Concentrates the dust and noise into one period; you need somewhere else to stay.
Phased, room by room
- Suits
- Families who stay in the home, or budgets spread over time.
- Trade-off
- Dust and noise move through the house, and some work, such as rewiring, is easier done once.
Kitchen and bathrooms first
- Suits
- Homes where these rooms are the main problem.
- Trade-off
- Floors and paint elsewhere may need touching up when the rest follows.
We offer flexible schedules: work can run in off-hours or in stages. Your estimate shows each stage separately.
Decisions that set the project
Make these calls early and the rest of the plan falls into place.

- What stays and what changes?
- List rooms by priority: must fix, should improve, would like. It stops the scope from drifting once demolition starts, and it shapes the itemized estimate.
- Will you live there during the work?
- Staying means working in stages and protecting the rooms in use. Moving out lets work run through the whole home at once. Flexible scheduling covers either.
- Which systems need renewing?
- Old wiring, an undersized electrical panel, aging pipes and tired cooling are easier to deal with while walls and floors are open. Decide before they are closed up.
- Which finishes run through the whole home?
- Floors, paint colors and door and window styles hold a home together. Choose them once, then vary the rooms around them.
- In what order do the rooms go?
- Rooms with the most plumbing and electrical work go first. Floors and paint go last, so nothing is scratched or splashed by the trades before them.
- Who has to approve the work?
- Villa communities and apartment buildings can set rules on structural work, outside changes, deliveries and working hours. Check with your building management or community early.
Permission for bigger changes
Even interior work can need a nod from your building management before contractors start. Bigger changes, such as moving or removing walls, changing the outside of a villa, adding a room or altering shared plumbing or ducting, can need approval from your developer or community and from the relevant Dubai authority. Rules differ by building and area, so check yours before the design is fixed. Permits and approvals is one of the support services on our list, so ask us when you request your estimate.

Whole-home renovation questions
Can I live in the house during the renovation?
Often, yes, if the work is staged room by room. We offer flexible schedules, with work done in off-hours or in stages. For a full strip-out or structural work, moving out for a while is usually easier.
How long will a whole-home renovation take?
It depends on the size of the home, the scope, any structural work, permissions and how long materials take to arrive, so no honest number exists before the assessment. The plan sets out each stage and its order before work starts.
How much will it cost?
The cost is built from the size of the home, the rooms involved, the materials and the systems that need renewing. The estimate is free, with no obligation or upfront payment, and every step is itemized so you see what you pay for, with no hidden charges.
Do you handle every trade yourselves?
We can handle everything from demolition and plumbing to electrical work and tiling, plus flooring, painting and carpentry. That keeps the schedule in one place.
Do you work on villas and apartments?
Yes. We work on houses, apartments, multi-family buildings and villas, in areas such as Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai, Arabian Ranches, the Springs and Al Barsha. Tell us where you are when you request your estimate.
What happens when the work is finished?
Each room gets a final inspection, then comes post-renovation cleaning and handover. Our support continues after the job: if you have questions or need help, call us.
